Downtown Deal

Four Queens: The Las Vegas Hotel That Doesn't Charge a Resort Fee

In a town where a "resort fee" can add $57 a night to a room, one Fremont Street icon simply doesn't play that game. Here's the deal, the hotel, and who it's for.

The deal (verified October 2026)

DetailFigure
Example stayThu Nov 12 – Sat Nov 14, 2026
Nightly rate$109
Total for 2 nights, taxes & fees in$246
Resort fee$0 — none
Guest rating8.6/10 from 7,422 reviews

The room is literally sold as the "No Resort Fee" room. Compare the stack honestly: a Strip room at the same $109 headline with a $50/night fee lands around $350 for the same two nights. Four Queens lands at $246 — roughly $120 saved, before you've gambled a dollar. (Our resort fee guide breaks down the full math.)

The hotel

Four Queens opened in 1966 and sits directly under the Fremont Street Experience canopy, in the middle of downtown's neon core. What you get is classic Vegas: a real casino floor with old-school table minimums, the Magnolia's Veranda restaurant overlooking Casino Center, and rooms that prioritize location over luxury finishes. What you don't get is a mega-resort's sprawl — no ten-minute walk from parking to your pillow.

Who it's for

Who should skip it: anyone whose trip centers on a specific Strip property, a resort pool scene, or a luxury spa. Downtown's crown jewel for that splurge is Circa — a different (and pricier) animal, featured on our homepage.
